These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and tah77 ("Company," "Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the tah77 website located at tah77.app and all associated services. tah77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The account used to deposit must be registered in the same legal name as your tah77 Account. Deposits from unverified third-party sources may be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Player's tah77 Account. tah77 reserves the right to process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
Processing times are indicative only: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts; bank transfers typically require 1–4 business hours. tah77 is not liable for delays attributable to payment processors, banks, or telecommunications networks beyond its reasonable control.

Note on Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for any tah77 deposit without first contacting tah77 support constitutes a breach of this Agreement. tah77 will contest all unjustified chargebacks and may pursue recovery of amounts reversed, together with associated administrative costs.
All wagers placed on tah77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as displayed within the game interface or sportsbook at the time of betting. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tah77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any tah77 content; use any tah77 branding or trade marks for any purpose without express prior written consent; or scrape, frame, or systematically extract data from the tah77 platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tah77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player to their tah77 Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled according to standard rules and any remaining real-money balance (net of any non-compliant bonuses) will be returned to the Player via the withdrawal method on file, subject to KYC verification.
tah77 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details associated with their Account (SMS or email notification) and/or by prominent notice on the tah77 platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the tah77 platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the tah77 platform, you agree to first contact tah77 customer support in an attempt to resolve the dispute informally. tah77 will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution channel as the competent regulatory authority overseeing tah77's operations. Any dispute not resolved through PAGCOR's process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
PAGCOR Regulatory Oversight: tah77 operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). PAGCOR's regulatory framework governs tah77's conduct as a licensed operator. Players may contact PAGCOR directly with licensing or regulatory concerns.
